MEET THE Z SWEAT TEAM
Mariela is one of the founders and co-owners of Z Sweat. She teaches Zumba Monday at 6:20pm, Wednesday at 10:15am and 6:20pm, Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30pm, and Saturday at 10am.
Arina joined the studio in October 2018 to teach toning on Tuesdays at 6:20pm.
Bianca joined Z Sweat in October 2018. She is licensed to teach zumba and Mixxedfit. She teaches Mixxedfit at Z Sweat on Saturday at 9am.
Sandra joined the studio in 2018. She teaches Strong by Zumba on Sundays at 9am and Wednesday at 6.20pm, Zumba on Sundays at 10:15am, and Zumba Toning at 6:20pm on Thursdays.
Karla joined the Z Sweat Team in October of 2019. She teaches Barre on Mondays at 5.30pm. She is also licensed to teach Zumba, Zumba Toning and Trampoline.
